Worked great charged my phone for the first week then it didn¡¯t charge my phone at all it actually took a charge away from my phone. Customer service reached out and was very helpful. They even sent out a replacement.

Love all the settings, it does have the lightning end for air pods. I don¡¯t have air pods but was able to get a lightning to USB-C adapter and use the charging port for it with my non-Apple ear pods. We liked it so much that I bought a 2nd for my wife.

I love this clock. It is so convenient that I can charge everything in one place. I can even charge my Apple pen on it as well. I don¡¯t have all those cords everywhere and all the different light colors you can choose. It¡¯s a really cool clock. I plan on getting my daughter and my mother one.

Ours stopped showing the time within a year, but the customer service was really responsive. They sent us a new one no questions asked and we got it within a couple days.
You can¡¯t always get the product perfect, but they stood behind it and made us happy.

Ordered a year ago in March. Have loved this product until the last week the clock display has not worked. The clock would completely shut off and then I would unplug it and plug back in and it would work for a couple hours then off again. Replaced batteries in bottom and now it just shows a weird display and won¡¯t change. All other things still work just not the clock display.

After 10 months the clock no longer works and looks like this. Unplugging it and plugging it back in will make it work for less than a day. Two emails to the 24 hour support and have not heard anything from them. Claims to have a 12 month warranty but would require communication. See other reviews having the same problem. It was nice when it worked

I have been looking for a simpler way to charge my devices and the bonus alarm clock with changeable color band has been a welcome addition to my nightstand! You won’t regret this economical and functional purchase. Hang on to the instructions for alarm setting and be sure to push the charging device for the watch firmly into the ring or it won¡¯t fully charge

I thought you know it it was a good product until it fell off my coffee table, which is barely a foot off the ground on carpet and then all of a sudden now the clock doesn¡¯t actually work anymore. I can¡¯t turn it to make it any brighter, but the watch holder is fine in the Phone charging is OK as well. Just still in shock that it stopped working properly after a small fall.

Terrible purchase!!! In less than 24 hours, the only thing that worked on it was the clock; even the light stopped working. I will not be purchasing another, and I do not recommend.
EDIT TO UPDATE: Seller did reach out to me and offered a replacement or refund. I was refunded my money back the next day.

Worked perfectly for five months. Now the clock doesn¡¯t work. No power surge or anything. First stopped keeping the correct time. Now the clock doesn¡¯t work at all. Very sad about this because it¡¯s exactly what i wanted.

UPDATE: I previously ran into a problem with this charger, specifically the AirPod charger. Customer service reached out to me & quickly rectified the situation. I would order from this company again because of how great the customer service was. 🙂

Update! Customer service stands by their products . I emailed them about the clock display that stopped working, after some trouble shooting they ended up sending me a brand new clock. Excellent service!

After sending a second email to customer support and posting this review, they contacted me and replace the unit. I am upgrading this to two stars and will review again in a month or two.

It stopped working after nine months. The product has a one year warranty and a 24 hour online support team. I sent an email to the customer support according to the documentation on January 9, 2024 and receive no contact back from them.
So I wrote them another email on January 20, 2024 and I¡¯m leaving this review
The product worked fine for the first nine months, after that it just keep unplugging it the time will show for a little bit and then you¡¯ll just get the number eight forever. So if you need a Clock to work less than a year and a company that has a one year warranty that will not return an email to Then this would be a product for you. Otherwise, I would try to find another manufacture.

My oldest son needed an alarm clock and wanted it to charge all of his devices at the same time. The alarm clock itself is not very loud, but the convenience of charging all the devices in one spot makes up for that!

I hated having so many wires on my side table and this is so much better! I did have a problem with my headphone charging on my first one but they sent out a replacement ASAP and second one works great!
