    The initial unit i bought developed an issue with the clock display, about 5 months after purchasing. The charger has always worked well with all devices. I contacted the seller, they sent a second unit, its works well. Now know issues.

    The unit worked fine at first, now won¡¯t charge. I received it august 4th and stopped working October 25th. I¡¯ve been trying to find how to make a warranty claim and can¡¯t find it, not even on their website.

    I have had this charger for pretty much exactly 4 months and it worked great right up until it just decided It no longer wanted to charge my phone. Everything else seems to be functioning fine but when I got up today my phone was almost dead and the charge light blinks on and off when I put my phone on it. That being said the alarm is nice and insistent as alarms should be and the ability to dim the clock is great. It’s a solid purchase but probably not a long term solution.

    I really loved this product when I received it! My husband ordered it for me for my birthday on March 17th and I thought it was great! But I woke up this morning and the clock is no longer working on it! It¡¯s only been 7 months why would the clock go out! ??

    This serve, all of my needs perfectly! Looks great on my nightstand, allows me to charge my watch and phone without cables going everywhere, and the nightlight is an added bonus. For the price, you can¡¯t go wrong. I would strongly recommend this.

    The charging plate stopped working for my phone. Blue light started blinking. Did as it suggests in the booklet and still blinking and not charging my phone.

    Then it stopped charging my phone. And now the nightlight has a dim flash after you turn it off.
    This is the second wireless charging alarm clock I¡¯ve had that stopped charging my phone. The first was the Dekala Arch. That one worked for a little more than a year and was a lot more expensive than this clock. Two stars for the clock.

    ***Update***
    The company reached out to me and refunded my payment. The product may not have worked perfectly, but their customer service is excellent. 4 stars for their customer service

    I had an issue with the first charging stand unit. The company reached out to me personally to apologize and send a replacement without having to return the first unit. A+ on their customer service. The charging itself works great. Very easy set up.

    The clock was good for the first week. I noticed a humming noise when I would charge my phone. Then after a month, my alarm didn’t go off one morning! I was late and my phone, airpods, and watch were DEAD!

    I like the features, but have bought three units and Two of the three units create a high pitch hum. One started within 24 hours of plugging it in, the other started about a month later. The third has been going for a month and no hum so far. This has the features i want/ need, but that hum is intolerable.

    This is not just one simple device. This is used for multiple things. Watch charger, phone charger, alarm clock. It even can be used as a night light! You can code from multiple colors of night light you want to use and it¡¯s so bright. This takes up no space at all and is very easy to use to set up.

    Great for the price colors are bright but not to keep you awake or bother your sleep. Alarm is loud enough and easy to use! Phone charged on the wireless pad to 100% by 7am est when I woke and i put It on at 4am..

    I am updating my review because after posting original review. I was contacted by the seller which was totally unexpected. They issued me a full refund and replaced item. They have gone beyond customer service and have made sure I was satisfied. You don¡¯t get that kind of service everyday.

    I love the charger but my light went off due to a thunder storm and I can¡¯t set my clock to the correct time . It does not stay on the time you set it and I don¡¯t have the instructions to put it on time. Can you please help me .

    I like this. I wanted to get my son a docking station for all his Apple items with a clock and alarm. This one is kind of big but it works as well. The time is dimmable, which we really liked. The MagSafe works well but keep in mind that you need to insert your own Apple Watch charger. It¡¯s not rapid charging but charges in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend this item.

    Love that the hour backlight can be dimmed A Lot! It¡¯s great for sleeping. Only problem is, light is very dim and does not have an off button, must go through ALL light colors to turn off.

    This is great! I really like the design and how I can charge everything at once. The only thing I wish was different was that it had a the magnet charger for the phone. There¡¯s been times I haven¡¯t placed it perfectly in the square and it didn¡¯t charge. If it had the magnet, I think you¡¯d know for sure it is charging. But I would recommend this product!

    The phone charger on this unit makes my phone very hot. I¡¯m not sure if it¡¯s just when it¡¯s charging, or what. But other than that, it seems okay. I did have to reset the clock once already. I¡¯m not sure what happened, but the time got changed.

    I was unable to fit my Apple Watch charger into the hidden away interior spot for it to go. Not sure why. So now I have to sacrifice another outlet. No real space save or convenience to purchase this. Recommended by a friend, but I can¡¯t recommend this item. BUT I can say that the company showed concern and great customer service when addressing my concerns. This in itself is great as I doubt that I would have received such attention and striving to correct my concerned from a store at the mall or around the corner.
