Randomly woke up to the letter H on the display one day, unplugged it for a few days during the holidays, plugged it back in and it was dandy for three days. Dead again.
All other features are fine, but I like to roll over and see the time in the middle of the night.

Seems to charge my phone, watch, and earbuds well. The nightlight feature doesn¡¯t work but I really didn¡¯t plan on using it anyway. I set the clock to just dim enough to see the time.

I love it because it charges my phone and my watch all at once plus it has an alarm clock so I know what time it is when I wake without checking my phone. It¡¯s fabulous but you will have to buy a watch charging cable to add to it and it hides the cord in the back where you also plug it in. The watch charging cable can either be a UBC or a iPhone plug.

I really like this. The alarm is simple and easy to use. You can adjust the dimmer on the clock face and for the night light. Only thing I could complain about is it doesn¡¯t come with the watch. BUT it does offer a storage area for your own cord making it look like it came with it. 🙂

Buyer be aware!! You must have air pods in order for the earbud charger to work, you also have to have a watch charger that fits in the socket! I¡¯m only able to use this for my phone way over priced considering returning!

when looking for new machines or technology for around the house, I mainly look for longevity and I¡¯ve had this piece for about eight months and haven¡¯t had an issue with it alarm works great light stays on without getting dim charge is my phone at night and my Apple Watch simultaneously with no issues of getting too hot. Although I love the look and ease of use of this clock charging dock, after about two weeks of use, I started hearing a buzzing sound when I had my phone on the charger. It is loud enough to bother me when I am trying to sleep, so I always keep a fan or my air purifier running to drown out the noise.

I love it but if you have a cat your phone will fall off. The watch charging is horrible and doesn¡¯t charge. I think it¡¯s because there¡¯s a barrier. I¡¯ve tried charging with my watch case off and on. I got the same results. That¡¯s the only down side to this charger.

I loved this till it started to change the time and set the alarm off at all hours of the night. I never used the alarm on it at all. We unplugged it for half a day and that worked for a couple days then it went crazy again. The last time it did it was at 3 in the morning and it changed the time to 7 am and the alarm went off. We unplugged it after that. I purchased this in April of 2023 and it went crazy November 2023.

Customer service immediately offered me a refund and apologized for the non-working product which is why I am updating the satisfaction level to a 3 (average of 5* customer service and a 1* for the product).
I plugged this unit in, and the nightlight didn’t work. Instructions say if it doesn’t work, to increase the brightness. That didn’t work. Started a return, went back and the light was on. Ok, maybe I had done something wrong, and thought I would keep it because it is small and convenient for travel. Then I realized the airpod charger isn’t compatible with the new AirpodPro 2, so I used the USB-C charger on the back of the unit. Then last night I noticed the clock was flashing between the time and some random numbers and my watch was switching quickly between charging and not charging, as was my phone. I unplugged it, removed everything, plugged it back in, and the same thing happened. I have now read the 1-star reviews and see this is a common issue. It is going back today.

I had this clock for about 9 months and everything worked great until today. Now the time flickers bad enough to render the clock unreadable. The charger still works fine but the primary function of this device was telling time. Since that no longer works, it’s essentially garbage.

Everything about this alarm clock is great – except the alarm. Wish it had more different alarm sound options and I also wish that it had an option for the alarm to start off very soft and gradually get louder over a couple of minutes.
