I bought this one thinking it would be nicer looking than some others with a classy wood grain that would match my desk that is a light oak finish. Wrong. It’s plastic and the wood grain print looks plastic. Cheap looking.
It’s functional however. Lots of ports available and lots of short cords to use to charge from. I do really like that it has a power switch so you can shut it all the way down.
I probably would buy a black one if I got this or one like it again.

I like this product, it¡¯s fast, it doesn¡¯t take up a lot of space, the only problem was that I only got one wire thats compatible to charge the several iPads I have¡other than that, it¡¯s excellent, the phone charger actually works no matter what case is on your phone which is a HUGE plus!!!

Works great for charging multiple devices. I wish the clear dividers were a little taller or had extras that were but it works great for charging all of our devices every night.

This device is a very reasonable cost and functions great for a time. After about 1 year of use the charging ports started to fail. Thought it was the cables and swapped those, but it was the port. First one, then another. Until about 1.5 years into it we’re down to 1 functioning port (plus Qi charging). So we’ve given up and time to replace. So if you feel that this is a 1 year disposable product, this should be on your short list. Otherwise I’d recommend looking elsewhere and paying slightly more.

The charging station only came with iphone charging cables, none for android.
The wireless charging station located at the front of the station charges my samsung 20 plus extremely slow. When my phone has a 20% charge left it takes 3 hours for my phone to get to 100% definitely not what I expected based on the product’s description.

PROS : The adjustable slots are great. The compact design is nice. The variation of cords provided is very good. The length of the cords is excellent, not too long to be cumbersome and not too short to be unable to reach the various devices comfortably.
CONS: The so-called wood grain looks fake, I will return for a different color. More importantly, though, the Qi charger does not connect/ charge. ( I checked it with multiple device that all use other Qi chargers with no problems.) That was one of the deciding features so definitely returning for an exchange.
OVERALL : If I can get one that looks better and whose Qi charger works then I will update this to 5 stars as it is, mostly, as advertised and expected.
UPDATE: After disconnecting everything then reconnecting it the charger appears to be working now so not sure what was not working but it doesn’t change the ugly look of this faux wood furnish so it’s still going back.

I got the product super fast within one day which was awesome. Although when I got it I received an orange plastic wood looking charger. It looks nothing like the one in photo which is bamboo. The charge is fast, just do not expect the lightening fast speed as this is not it. The Android chargers only work sometimes. So far the C chargers for my android phone works just fine. I do not know if I will keep it. I will give it a few more days. I have tried contacting the company as to why I got a plastic charging station and not bamboo. Still no reply it has been a week I believe. I will update if I end up hearing from the company. I want to love this as it is a great size.

I bought this product six months ago and loved it in the beginning. Quickly the cords to charge my iPhone stopped working. Those I was able to purchase and replace. Then the clear plastic dividers started snapping and now none are intact to hold up any device. I can¡¯t find where I can purchase and replace those so now I have to purchase an entirely new device.
Update: the seller contacted me and shipped me a new device right away. Really impressed with quick customer service. Everything is working great.

Do I love the concept of this charger…yes!Was it a good buy… yes! Not 5 stars because when you put a large iPad/heavier device on the back slot it tips over. A little more weight in the charging box would correct this.

Liked the idea of this, easily charged multiple devices. Did have to buy new cords because it didn’t come with enough apple compatible cords, which I expected. Loved the wireless charging function.
HOWEVER, DIVIDERS BREAK EASILY and there isn’t a way to buy replacement ones that I have found. Now I have a working charging unit without a way to store my devices. Disappointed in this. Wish I could get replacement dividers. Probably looking into a new charging station instead now.

The only reason for four stars is that not all devices charge on the flat plate. Its great that it comes with all the different chargering cables and does amazing at organizing the electronics.

Bought this product expecting it to add convenience to my family home of four. All of which have their own iPad. Like other reviews, the charge cords included are a joke. They¡¯re super short and very cheaply made. Had to dig a broken connector out of my daughter¡¯s iPad within a month of purchase.
Bought in Oct, 20. By Jan-Feb, 21 none of the USB ports work. Now, it¡¯s a fancy looking brick that only retained the function of wirelessly charging a cell phone. Less than 4 months of use. Return window closed in Jan, 21. That¡¯s a complete joke! Waste of $50. Look elsewhere for a better product.

We’ve had this device for six months. Works perfectly but the baffles/dividers break fairly easily (we are down to a single baffle/divider). Would be great if they offered replacements.

This unit does not deliver enough power for use while charging. My GS7 loses power while charging if I am using it at the same time. Also, the wireless dock is too small. You have to know exactly where to place the device for it to work. It also is not strong enough, it will not charge my earbuds case unlike my separate wireless charger.

Wanted to like this for its small footprint on the shelf but with the power cord in the back and the charging cords out one side, it takes up almost double the space.
Also, the wireless charging pad stopped working entirely after less than 2 months.

Overall, a convenient charging station and organizer rack combination, but could be better in terms of charging output and build material.
CHARGING: I was not able to get a 2.4A charging output after testing with the Ampere app. I tested each of the charging ports with different cables (with only one phone plugged in) and got a variable output reaching 1.21A, 3.9V maximum, sometimes falling to 0.6A. By comparison, with my Samsung fast charger, I get a fairly consistent 2.5 A, 4 V output. Between this product and my fast charger, the estimated charging time was about 25-30 minutes slower to charge from 25% to full for my device. Our devices usually take 1.5 to 2 hours to charge from 15% to full with this product.
The product says that it has an output of 5V, 7A total, with each of the 5 charging ports labeled as 2.4A max output. It comes with a mix of short cables: 3 apple lightning, 2 micro USB, 1 type-C USB. The cables seem decent, and when plugged into my own Samsung fast charger are capable of fast charging at 2.5A, so I don’t think they are a limting factor. It’s probably the charging ports themselves that aren’t performing as well as I would have liked. However, it’s not a huge deal for us as we mainly use it to charge things overnight.
As for the wireless charger, it seems to work fine with our Samsung S8 and iPhone 8, even through a slightly thick case, with a charging output that usually varies between 0.5A and 0.88A, 3.8V.
It also has a decent length power cable along with a power switch and a little light indicator on the side.
Material: Outside case is hard plastic made to look like wood (I knew this before I purchased. Just wanted to note that I would have liked actual wood / bamboo, but other similar products didn’t include a wireless charging pad). The non slip strips work quite well when tilted until 45 degree angle, which I suppose helps in case it’s accidentally bumped into. I don’t like the TidyHome logo on the front but not a big deal.
Size: Very compact and space efficient. There are 6 baffles and 10 slits you can fit them into, for a total of 5 slots for your devices. However be aware that if you place all the baffles, one of the spaces will be very tight and can only barely fit a slim phone with no case. I would have liked to have one more slit, so I could place all 6 baffles in evenly spaced with one slit empty in between.
